The NovAtel FlexPak6 receiver encloses the OEM628 receiver board, allowing it to track all present and future constellations, including Galileo and Compass. On one hand, its compact design makes it ideal for rover applications; on the other hand, its robust GNSS engine and wide range of communication options allow it to be used for base station operation.
The FlexPak6’s built-in multipath mitigation feature employs the Pulse Aperture Correlatior (PAC) technology and can effectively reduce signal interference caused by multipath, interferences that occur when signals are being reflected from surfaces like buildings, trees, or the ground.
The FlexPak6 allows for a wide range of firmware upgrade options, including RT-2, L-Band, ALIGN, GL1DE, SPAN, RAIM, API, and NTRIP v1.0 and v2.0.
