The small NovAtel OEM615 is a GNSS Receiver that supports SPAN and dual-frequency. It supports multiple configurations: either to track GPS only or to track both GPS and GLONASS. It not only supports all the current signals, but also future signals as they become available. Its ability to track both GLONASS and GPS constellations allows the NovAtel OEM615 with SPAN to deliver accurate and reliable results, even when the sky is blocked.
The OEM615 with SPAN can be integrated easily. Its physical design allows for backward compatible drop-in replacement fit. The SPAN (Synchronous Position, Attitude and Navigation) technology integrates the GNSS technology with the Inertial Navigation Systems to deliver continuous and precise 3D results during short periods of signal interruption.
The OEM615 can be integrated easily with existing and legacy applications. The OEM6 firmwares modular design allows users to configure the unit to meet their requirements. Moreover, additional options, such as AdVance RTK, are available for users who require additional features.
The OEM615 with SPAN can be customized through API. C/C++ applications can be run on the unit without the need of additional hardware.
