The compact NovAtel OEM615 GNSS Receiver supports dual-frequency. It can be configured to track GPS only or both GPS and GLONASS, and is capable of supporting future signals. Being able to track both GPS and GLONASS allows the OEM615 receiver to deliver reliable and accurate results, even in areas with no clear view of the sky.
The NovAtel OEM615 is designed for easy integration and is backward compatible with existing applications. The modular design of the OEM6 firmware allows customers to configure the OEM615 receiver according to their needs. Furthermore, the OEM615 is compatible with all OEM6 software options. For example, customers who need real-time and centimeter-level accuracy can upgrade to AdVance RTK. Other firmware upgrade options include ALIGN, SPAN and RAIM.
The OEM615 is fully customizable through Application Programming Interface (API). Developers can develop applications in standard C/C++ and run them on the receiver platform. No additional system hardware is needed.
