The PwrPak7D-E2 GNSS/INS from NovAtel contains an Epson G370N MEMS IMU that delivers SPAN technology in an integrated, single box solution. Built on top of the reputable PwrPak7 family, it provides excellent performance, quick alignment and seamless positioning. The PwrPak7D-E2 can track all present and upcoming GNSS satellite and constellations signals.
The PwrPak7D-E2 has multi-frequency, dual antenna input allowing it to harness the power of NovAtel CORRECT with RTK and ALIGN functionality. The Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) gyro and accelerometer are tightly coupled with absolute accuracy of GNSS positioning to provide a 3D navigation solution that is continuously available, even when satellite signals are blocked.
The PwrPak7D-E2 also contains Synchronous Position, Attitude and Navigation (SPAN) technology that combines two different but complementary technologies – an Inertial Navigation System (INS) and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning. This device is software upgradable in the field to provide the custom performance required for specific application demands.
