SBG Systems’ Ekinox-A Attitude and Heading Reference System combines top-notch magnetometers, accelerometers and gyroscopes to provide Tactical Grade accuracy in a small product. It uses an Inertial measurement Unit and upgraded Kalman Filter to provide heave, heading, roll and pitch data.
Ekinox, with its high fiber-optic gyro accuracy brought about by cost-effective, maintenance-free and robust MEMS, opens many opportunities to professionals. SBS Systems combines carefully selects high-end MEMS sensors with a powerful algorithm and excellent calibration method.
Applications include aerospace, land and marine uses. Ekinox-A can be used on the sea to monitor shop motion, buoys, heaves and magnetic disturbances. For land and aerospace it is used for mobile land equipment stabilization and orientation such as antennas, gyro stabilized camera and targeting systems.
Housed in an aluminum case and equipped with galvanic isolated connectors and extensive temperature calibration, Ekinox AHRS is ready for operation under critical conditions.
