The Navsight Land/Air Apogee Grade from SBG Systems consists of an IMU that is connected to Navsight, a rugged processing unit embedding the fusion intelligence and an optional GNSS receiver. The solution has been designed to be simple, versatile and cost-effective and is suitable for surveying and testing applications.
The internal Extended Kalman Filter used by Navsight combines real-time inertial, GPS/GNSS, and odometer (land) data for robust position and orientation measurements in harsh environments during GNSS outages. The intuitive web interface makes configuration easy and the 3D view enables checking of mechanical installations, sensor positions, lever arms and alignments.
Navsight is available as INS using your own GNSS receiver and as INS with embedded GNSS. Navsight combines inertial and GNSS data to provide a smooth, robust trajectory at a high frequency (200 Hz). More signal availability is provided by its ability to use four constellations simultaneously.
