The Ellipse2-A is a small-sized high performance Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS) from SBG Systems. It provides Roll, Pitch, Heading, and Heave data.



The Ellipse2-A from SBG Systems is a light-weight and a high performance sensor. It has an AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System) that provides orientation and positioning information for any vehicular motion in small, lightweight and rugged enclosures. This device calculates movement using a MEMS-based Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and provides accurate orientation information.

Ellipse2-A is a device that comes with Advanced Filtering, sound calibration and allows you to set desired motion profiles accordingly. It combines three gyroscopes, three magnetometers and three accelerometers to provide information in both, static and dynamic conditions.

This cost-effective unit is suitable for Marine, Land and Aerospace applications. An OEM version is available for a more robust and simple integration module.
