Overview
The BX935-INS triple frequency GNSS receiver combines Trimble’s expertise in the inertial technology and GNSS markets to create a module for applications that need continuous centimeter accuracy in a compact rugged package. Inertial sensors have been integrated in the same module, thus producing robust, high accuracy positions in all environments.
A variety of dynamic models are supported through a single interface protocol and intuitive web interface. The BX935-INS supports triple frequency GPS/GLONASS, as well as dual frequency BeiDou/Galileo, delivering the most reliable and quickest RTK initializations for 1–2 cm positioning. If cm accuracy is not required, high accuracy DGNSS and GNSS positions are delivered in the most challenging environments by the integrated GNSS-Inertial engine.
The BX935-INS is available in different configurations, including a DGPS L1 unit and a 4 constellation triple frequency RTK unit. This enables you to select the receiver that suits your application and budget. Functionality can be upgraded with password-upgradeable features when requirements change.
The latest in precision inertial sensors is integrated in a single, compact package that turns the BX935-INS into a robust navigation solution, rather than simply a GNSS receiver. Lever arm calculation are possible from the antenna to navigation point of interest, while the single antenna heading is not influenced by magnetic field variations.
The unit is housed in an environmentally sealed enclosure that is simple to install. Each unit is tested rigorously to ensure that it will perform in harsh environments.
