The VEXXIS GNSS-804 antenna from NovAtel is a dual-frequency, ruggedized antenna with cutting-edge technology and superior tracking performance. The VEXXIS GNSS-804 antenna is ideal for applications such as operating close to tree lines, under foliage or in urban canyons where the sky is partially visible. This design comes with the ability to track low elevation satellites, while maintaining a high gain for higher elevation satellites. For an enhanced positioning solution, the antenna is able to track any visible satellites from horizon to zenith, providing the maximum number of observations.

Low elevation angle tracking capabilities are enhanced by this new technology, as a result extending operation to the entire GNSS constellation. This directly translates into a better RTK solution and improved carrier phase measurement.

The GNSS-804 antenna’s innovative design features multi-point feeding network and radiation pattern optimization technology. The antenna is able to maintain a low profile while achieving both low gain roll-off from zenith to horizon and high peak zenith gain, without forgoing the tracking performance.

The GNSS-804 dual-frequency antenna supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou signals. The antenna ensures superior multi-path signal rejection and have an enhanced performance in multipath environments. Through its novel design the antenna is also able to achieve greater phase center stability.
